Throwing a pebble into a pond creates concentric circles, the ripple effect. From the center outwards one leads to the other and all together create a beautiful, harmonious shape. The pebble that falls in the center is the leader, the concentric circles are an indication of his power. His own example, his own moral and professional stigma affects the employees of a company but also all the people around him. We are leaders in every part of our lives.
Our own change, our own evolution triggers the evolution of our partners, our loved ones.
